Pitch Distributor

Distribute a set of pitches randomly.
Transpose them up or down by 1200 cents to try to minimize the variance of the distance between them.
Uses a model which calculates repulsive force between pitches and allows a pitch to transpose if its force exceeds some threshold.
Note that you usually end up getting into cycles when you run through the states by hitting 'gen' button.
